The DoubleTree by Hilton Agra campaign

In January and February 2026 I was the campaign model for DoubleTree by Hilton Agra. The job was lifestyle visual content for a Galentine and Valentine campaign, which means the hotel was shown through an evening and a mood rather than through a list of rooms and facilities.

It is the hospitality example in the portfolio, and it sits alongside the wider fashion model in Agra work and the brand ambassador in Agra offer for campaigns and events.

What the video shows

The campaign video is vertical and about 28 seconds long. It opens with the on screen line "A Valentine's evening to savour!" over a couple in evening clothes, a man in a dark suit and a woman in a maroon dress, walking through a hotel interior with a plant and glass doors behind them.

The next scenes are inside a restaurant with warm ceiling lights and painted panels on the wall. A table is set with copper tumblers and a bowl with flower petals, and the man leans in toward the seated woman. Later shots move closer: red wine poured into a glass, copper cups, plates of food on a red tablecloth and glasses raised together. The light is low and warm, and the focus shifts between faces, glasses and food.

What a hotel should put in a campaign brief

This is general advice for hotels planning a similar campaign, not a record of how this shoot was organised. Start with the story in one line, such as a Valentine's evening or a friends' celebration, and list the spaces needed: lobby, restaurant, room, terrace. Spaces in use by guests are hard to film, so say which hours each one is free.

Talent matters too. If the story needs a couple or a group, the brief should say how many people are needed and who supplies wardrobe. Food and drink styling needs its own plan, since it often decides how appealing a restaurant scene looks. Be clear about on screen text, and about where the content will run, such as the hotel's own channels or partners. Ask for a short list of must have shots, such as the entrance, the table setting and the first pour, so nothing important is missed once the evening is moving. The post on what a fashion editorial shoot involves explains how a set day is usually structured, and a good brief covers the rest.

  • The story in one line, and the season it is for.
  • Spaces to film and the hours they are free of guests.
  • Number of people needed, wardrobe and who supplies it.
  • Food and drink styling, on screen text and usage rights.

A hospitality campaign model appears in photos or video for a hotel, restaurant or resort so the place feels lived in. The job includes natural movement, working around staff and guests, and keeping calm through slow, detailed shots of spaces, food and drink.

It should include the story in one line, the spaces to film and when they are free of guests, the number of people needed, wardrobe, food and drink styling, on screen text and where the content will run. This lets the day be planned around the spaces.

Galentine usually refers to celebrating friendship between women, often marked the day before Valentine's Day. For a hotel it can pair with Valentine content to reach both couples and groups of friends. This campaign covered both occasions, and the video here centres on a Valentine's evening.
